Please allow me to introduce myself; I am Kevin Gerlach, Information Technology Director at Fenner Drives. Fenner Drives is a global manufacturer of power transmission products and precision timing belts with locations in the United States and the United Kingdom. In the summer of 2004, Fenner Drives began the process of reviewing our copying/printing needs and finding a cost-effective solution to meet our requirements. The list of requirements included color and B/W copying/printing, faxing, scanning, collating, stapling, secure printing, desktop faxing and printing from the IBM iSeries (AS/400). Upon meeting with several vendors, extensively researching products and receiving prices; Fenner Drives chose to standardize on Panasonic MFP’s and color laser printers from Commonwealth Business Technologies, Inc. the local Panasonic dealership.
In the two years that we have been working with Panasonic and Commonwealth, we have been extremely satisfied with the level of commitment and expertise that has been demonstrated. Panasonic has manufactured cost effective, reliable, easy to use products, while Commonwealth has provided us with excellent support and service. Both companies have shown a genuine desire to partner with Fenner Drives and make the success of our business and operations a priority.
