I want to thank you for your excellent service. We purchased a Panasonic DP-C262 Digital Color Copier with a saddle-stitch finisher, a hole punch, and stapler from you in November of last year. We had been thinking about purchasing a color copier for quite some time but were hesitant because of the price and some conflicting reports we had heard about their durability and performance. I so appreciated the salespeople that worked with me to find the right machine and the right price for all of our needs. They were very professional and did not pressure me at all, yet were always available to answer my questions.

Once the initial purchasing was complete, I was thrilled with the performance. The quality of the copies is wonderful and we often receive compliments about the literature we are able to produce. The amount of tasks the copier is actually able to complete is a time saver since I formerly did all of those manually. I really wonder how I managed without it.

Now that we have had the copier over a year, I can say without hesitation, that my experience with the Panasonic and with your business is the most positive I have ever had with the purchase, performance, and maintenance of any type of office equipment. It still is making beautiful copies, and your service is always quick and courteous.
